HM Dialog Script

The following HMs are part of the game:

• Cut
• Surf
• Strength

Fly has been re-branded as "Fast Travel", and is not an HM anymore.

HMs can be executed with:

• An Agility check
• A consumable item (available through Ranger's Guild Quests)
• A permanent item (available through Ranger's Guild Quests)
• The relevant ability, which allows to automatically pass the check
