Order of Pokémon Scholars: A group of researchers and historians dedicated to uncovering the secrets of Pokémon and their origins. They delve into ancient texts, explore forgotten ruins, and seek legendary Pokémon to unlock the mysteries of the Pokémon world. The player could assist them in their quests, uncovering ancient artifacts and gaining knowledge about legendary Pokémon.

Ancient Guardians​

The Scholar's Order are the faction with the most legendary quest lines:

Groudon, Kyogre & Rayquaza​

The Scholar's Order will try to get their paws on Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza, in order to study their powers and uncover the secrets of their origins. They will be antagonized by the Elemental Masters, who will try to capture them for their own purposes.

The Golems​

Another group inside of the Scholar's Order will attempt to find the Golems, and use their power to uncover the secrets of the Regis. They will be antagonized by the Ranger's Guild, who will try to preserve the Golems in their natural habitat.

Deoxys​

Riding on the Millennium Comet, Deoxys will be the target of the Scholar's Order, who will try to capture it and study its powers. They will be antagonized by the Team Rocket, who will attempt to capture the Pokemon for their own purposes.
