The Elemental Masters usually gather in their relevant Gyms. Those that are of relevance for certain Legendary Pokemon will be involved in their quests.
Main Story Arc
The Birds & The Guardian of the Sea
In their search for more powerful Pokemon, some of the Elemental Masters (Blaine, Lt Surge, Misty and Sabrina) find themselves chasing after the Legendary Birds and Lugia, using Dark Pokeballs to bring their power to the max.
The Scholar's Order will antagonize them, as they will try to preserve the birds and the guardian of the sea in their natural habitat.
The player will have the choice to assist them in their quest, or to try and stop them.
