Crafting

Crafting items requires a basic item, the upgrades to apply, and a recipe.

Recipes can be found around the world, or extracted by conducting an Experiment (Int) check on the item:

• The item's rarity determines the DC of the check:
  • A: 17
  • B: 15
  • C: 13
• On a success, the recipe is learnt
• The item is destroyed in the process

The base items for crafting (Water Bottle, Pokeballs, Blank TMs) can be acquired in PokeMarts

The specific items (Herbs, Apricorns, Elemental Shards) can be purchased from the vendors at a specific faction, or be rewarded as part of a faction's achievement:

• Elemental Masters: Elemental Shards
• Hatchery Stewards: Apricorns
• Ranger's Guild: Herbs
• Scholar's Order: Elemental Shards
• Pokemon Liberation Front: Herbs
• Team Rocket: Apricorns

Healing Items

Healing Items are crafted by combining a Bottle of Water, an item commonly found in PokeMarts that has no particular use, as well as a number of natural herbs. The recipe for each Healing Item can be found in the Healing Item Index.

Pokeballs

Pokeballs are crafted by combining a regular Pokeball, Great Ball or Ultra Ball (which determines the base rate for that item) with a number of Apricorns of the same color. The recipe for each Pokeball can be found in the Pokeball Index.

TMs

TMs are crafted by combining a blank TM with a number of Elemental Shard of that type. In addition, the player must know the recipe of the TM they want to craft. The recipe for each TM can be found in the TM Index.
